St. Brigid’s are looking for their third Connacht title in a row, their fourth since 2006. Standing in their way are a Salthill-Knockcarra side brimming with confidence after their comprehensive win over Tuam
Stars where inter-county star Sean Armstrong took central stage.
Salthill-Knocknacarra has won the Connacht title before in 2005, before going on to win the All-Ireland the following March. Crucially they have home advantage for this semi-final.
St. Brigids won their respective final without much effort but they can expect a more taxing task on Sunday.
Verdict: Draw.
