The GAA Museum with Conor Hayes

As Galway and Kilkenny supporters prepare to cheer on their teams in the GAA Hurling All-Ireland Championship Final replay on Sunday 30th September, the GAA Museum has a range of activities on offer for hurling fans of all ages.

On Saturday 29th September, visit the GAA Museum and get your photo taken with the Liam MacCarthy Cup and take a stadium tour of Croke Park on the eve of the All-Ireland Hurling Final replay.
In 1988, Conor Hayes captained Galway to back-to-back All-Ireland titles.  Three times an All-Star, the Kiltormer club man won three All-Ireland senior medals, two National Hurling Leagues and four Railway Cup medals.  In 1991, the ultimate prize in club football was added to his illustrious medal collection with Kiltormer winning the All-Ireland Club Championship.

Join Conor on a unique guided tour of Croke Park Stadium on the eve of this year’s All-Ireland final replay as Galway bid to take home the Liam MacCarthy Cup for the first time since 1988.
