Connections of the Willie Mullins trained Abbey Lane could be walking around Prestbury Park with massive smiles on their faces if the eight year old manages to get his head first past the post in Wednesday’s Coral Cup.
Abbey Lane battled courageously under the trainer’s nephew Emmett to land the Boylesports.com Hurdle at Leopardstown in January and now holds the opportunity of a €100,000 Bonus from Boylesports if he manages to win at the Cheltenham Festival.
