Boylesports have reported support for Big Buck’s on Monday evening to land a 5th World Hurdle and have cut the Paul Nicholls-trained eleven-year-old into 2/1 clear favourite.
His nearest rival in the betting is the Willie Mullins-trained super mare, Annie Power, who is currently 5/2 whilst More Of That is next in the betting at 5/1.
At Fishers Cross, who was just denied victory in last Saturday’s Cleeve Hurdle, is priced at 6/1 whilst Zarkandar and Rule the World are on offer at 10/1.
Liam Glynn, PR Executive at Boylesports said “Since we went Non-Runner Money Back on the four Championship races at Cheltenhamon Monday, we have seen a surge of interest in Big Buck’s and have laid significant bets at 5/2 and as a result we have had to shorten him into 2/1 favourite.”
He added “Punters are certainly latching onto the Non-Runner Money Back offer on the four Championship races and as a result we have also laid Annie Power at 5/2 for the World Hurdle but have left her unchanged as the big money started to come for Big Buck’son Monday after lunch.
