Cheltenham Races – Punters sneezing all over All Pepper for Triumph Hurdle

Updated: February 20, 2014

Boylesports can report significant interest in the Willie Mullins-trained All Pepper for the Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival next month.

All Pepper is expected to make his Irish racecourse debut at Fairyhouse on Saturday and has been supported into 20/1 from 33/1 with Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker to win the Triumph Hurdle on Thursday morning.

Currently, the Nick Williams-trained Le Rocher heads the Triumph Hurdle market at 6/1 with Guitar Pete and the Paul Nicholls-trained Calipto next in the betting at 8/1.

Liam Glynn, PR Executive at Boylesports said “Despite having yet to make an appearance on an Irish racecourse, we have seen a surge of support for All Pepper on Thursday morning and having laid him at 33/1 we have had to shorten him into 20/1.”

He added “All Pepper is expected to make his Irish racecourse debut at Fairyhouse on Saturday and no doubt all eyes will be on the Willie Mullins-trained four-year-old who was last seen winning at Nantes.”
