Eight runners have been declared for Saturday’s feature race at Haydock with Cheltenham Gold Cup winner Bobs Worth currently the 9/4 favourite.
Hot on his heels is the Paul Nicholls trained Silviniaco Conti at 5/2 whilst the David Pipe trained Dynaste is currently 6/1 with Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker.
Cue Card has been supported into 7/1 whilst Tidal Bay is currently 9/1 with former Gold Cup winner Long Run available at 10/1.
The only Irish raider in the field is the Gordon Elliott trained Roi Du Mee who is available at 16/1 with The Giant Bolster the outsider of the eight declared runners at 20/1.
Liam Glynn, PR Executive at Boylesports said “Silviniaco Conti may go off favourite come Saturday as Bobs Worth is proving easy to back and all the money is coming for the Paul Nicholls trained seven year old.”
He added “Cue Card is our worst each way result as he has been supported down from 10/1 and is now 7/1 and is proving popular with each way punters as he already has had a run this season.”
