Boylesports.com have reported further support for English 2000 Guineas runner Kingman following his impressive performance in the Greenham Stakes at Newbury last Saturday.
Kingman was as short as 7/4 after been gambled in from 3/1 following his Greenham win on Saturday evening. Punters then supported him into 6/4 on Sunday evening for 2000 Guineas success and on Monday morning Boylesports have had to cut the John Gosden trained three year old into 5/4 following further support.
As a result Australia has been eased out to 5/2 from 9/4 and is relatively easy to back in the market, whilst Toormore is on offer at 7/1 with Kingston Hill next in the betting at 9/1.
Liam Glynn, PR Executive at Boylesports said “Punters literally can’t get enough of Kingman at the moment and the money is still piling in and at present we expect the 5/4 to dry up and Kingman to go even shorter.”
He added “All punters want is Kingman and he now stands as a massive Ante Post liability with Australia proving very easy in the market at 5/2.”
