After a great week that seen us make over 60pts profit, we have some great selections on a busy day at home and in the UK.
3.10 Galway –
Stuccodor 11/4 with Boylesports.com has kept fresh for the Saturday feature by Dermot Weld and that in itself is a tip for all of us. The son of Modigliani is on 6 timer after racking up a sequence in the last few months, on ground varying from good to heavy so the conditions will pose no problems and should be very hard beat under Pat Smullen. 1 point win.
3.15 Goodwood -
Sky Lantern 2/1 with Boylesports.com can enhance her already growing reputation by taking the Group 1 Nassau Stakes for fillies. The Richard Hannon trained filly was an unlucky loser last time out in the Falmouth stakes at Newmarket when carried across the track by Elusive Kate. She should have got the race in the steward’s room and can atone here for that defeat. Elusive Kate has since won a Group 1 in France and is a strong choice here under the mercurial Richard Hughes who is riding with supreme confidence. 1 point win.
3.45 Galway -
Cry for the Moon 12/1 with Boylesports.com was tipped up by us on Monday when he was a unlucky in running 6th of 20 runners in the big 2 mile flat handicap. He can go close here at nice odds and will love the heavy ground and that is a big plus here. He is going to need a lot of luck with 20 runners but after getting none on Monday evening he can grab this big Pot for trainer Jim Culloty and Paddy Mangan. 1 point each way.
4.05 Newmarket -
Premier Loco 3/1 with Boylesports.com can gain a long overdue victory in the conditions even on the card for George Baker and trainer Chris Wall. The veteran has won 12 times but has not got his head in front since this time last year. He can dictate from the front here as there does not seem to be a horse that can make the pace from the opposition. He ran a fine 2nd in a big Royal Ascot handicap 2 runs back and can take this prize. 1 point win.
