AIL Division One league leaders Lansdowne welcome Young Munster to Dublin this Saturday, when they host the Limerick side in a top of the table clash at 2.30pm.
The home side are clear at the top, sitting twelve points ahead of second placed Garryowen. The latter will be hoping their county men can do them a big favour this weekend, and help narrow the lead. For their part, Young Munster are not out of the equation lying in fourth place, a mere three points behind Garryowen.
Form
Lansdowne rubberstamped their authority over the division when they travelled to Cork Con and came away with a 34-14 win in the last round. The Dublin outfit look a step ahead of the rest at the moment and it will take a huge performance to stop them winning the title. Young Munster have been as good as any of the chasing pack, and but for defeat to Clontarf on their latest start, they would be right bup there in second place going into Saturday’s crunch game.
Players To Watch
Craig Ronaldson has been amassing the points for Lansdowne all season and any ill discipline by the visitors will be punished. Brian Haugh is the chief scorer for the Limerick men and he will again be called upon in this tie.
Betting Advice:
Lansdowne are hot favourites to continue their winning form ,and it is difficult to see Young Munster stopping their charge.
