The Lions tour comes to it’s dramatic conclusion this morning, as the final test against Australia gets underway at 11:05am, and you can follow live commentary of the game by clicking here.

The major talking point in the build up is the decision to drop Brian O’ Driscoll from the squad, for one of the most important games in recent tours. Lose, and the decision to drop O’ Driscoll will haunt Warren Gatland, but win, and the decision suddenly makes him a great coach, one of the best to coach the Lions.

The other decision being talked about in the build up is the Aussie recall for George Smith, nearly four years since he has appeared in a Wallabies jersey.

O’ Driscoll is one of six changes made by Gatland with Jamie Roberts, Mike Phillips, Richard Hibbard, Toby Faletau, Alex Corbisiero and Sean O’Brien coming into the started XV.

Jamie Roberts will partner Jonathan Davies in midfield, in a partnership that will be talked about long after the game ends, should the Lions lose.

Manu Tuilagi provides cover from the bench, while Hibbard and Corbisiero replace the benched Tom Youngs and Mako Vunipola in the front row

A new look back row sees O’Brien and Faletau come in alongside Dan Lydiate.

Phillips played the first test against the Aussies and comes in for Ben Youngs, while Connor Murray keeps his place on the bench, where he is joined by Richie Gray and Justin Tipuric.

Alun-Wyn Jones will captain the side as Sam Warburton is out injured, which is another reason that O’ Driscolls absence has baffled the pundits.
