The Heineken Cup third round fixtures took place over the weekend which saw Connacht record a shock win over Toulouse whilst all the other Irish provinces recorded wins.
Leinster recorded a 33 point win over Northampton and are now the new tournament favourites having been supported into 10/3.
Current champions, Toulon, have now drifted out to 4/1 from 7/2 whilst 2012/13 beaten finalists, Clermont Auvergne, are now 5/1 from 11/2.
Ulster, who head Pool 5, are on offer at 8/1 whilst Munster are now available at 14/1 with Ireland’s largest independent bookmaker having been 20/1 prior to their 36-8 win over Perpignan on Sunday.
Boylesports is currently offering 13/10 that an Irish side lifts the 2013/14 Heineken Cup.
Liam Glynn, PR Executive at Boylesports said “We cut Leinster into 7/2 following their win over Northampton on Saturday and we have since seen more support for the Boys in Blue and they are now clear 10/3 favourites to win back the Heineken Cup.”
He added “Punters also think that Munster might win the Heineken Cup for the third time and there has been plenty of support for the Red Army who are now 14/1 from 20/1.”
