Nick Williams Ulster Rugby career looks to be in jeopardy. The news will come as a huge shock to supporters of last years Irish rugby players’ player of the season.
A statement issued by Ulster Rugby this afternoon stated Nick Williams is unavailable for selection for Friday night’s match against Newport Gwent Dragons due to an internal investigation into alleged unauthorised absence.
BBC sport reported “It is understood that the back-row forward returned to New Zealand last week and subsequently missed Sunday’s Pro12 win over Treviso in Italy.”
The Kiwi signed a contract extension six months ago and is due to stay with Ulster until 2016.
