The sixth and final round of the Heineken Cup Pool stages take place this weekend with Leinster just needing one point from Friday’s home game against Ospreys to win Pool 1. The Blues are 1/33 to record a home victory whilst the Handicap of -17 is priced at 10/11.
Toulon have already been confirmed as Pool 2 winners but will be seeking an away victory over Glasgow in order to chase a home quarter-final spot. The current champions are currently 7/2 to retain the trophy whilst they are 1/3 to record an away victory over Glasgow (23/10).
In Pool 3, Connacht still have the chance to qualify for either the Heineken Cup or the last eight of the Amlin Challenge Cup and they are 14/1 to record an upset against Saracens (1/80).
Ulster are through to the quarter-finals but the winner of Pool 5 will be decided when they take on Leicester Tigers. Ulster are 13/10 to record an away win and become the winners of Pool 5 with Leicester Tigers 8/13 to record the home win.
Munster, who are currently 8/1 to lift the Heineken Cup, have already been confirmed Pool 6 winners but will need to beat Edinburgh with a bonus point at Thomond Park on Sunday and hope that results elsewhere go their way to secure that coveted home quarter-final.
Rob Penney’s squad are 1/16 to record the victory whilst the Red Army are priced at 10/11 to cover the -15 point handicap.
Liam Glynn, PR Executive at Boylesports said “Leinster (-17), Toulon (-6) and Munster (-15) is certainly proving popular as a punters treble already this weekend and we have also continued to see overall support for Munster at 8/1 to lift the Heineken Cup.”
He added “If Munster can secure a home quarter-final, we can expect the 8/1 that is currently available to harden and at present the Red Army are our worst Ante Post book losers.”
