After months of speculation and an England call up, 20 year old Crystal Palace winger has let slip on Twitter that he is heading to Manchester United.
The Ivory Coast-born youngster quickly deleted the tweet but it appears to confirm the most recent reports that Alex Ferguson had beaten Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal to signing Zaha.
The deal doing the rounds is said to be worth around €18m and will see him remain at Palace for the rest of the season as Ian Holloway’s men fight for automatic promotion to the Premier League.
The tweet on his official account @wilfriedzaha read: “looks like i’m on the way to the top of the premier league” indicating that a deal has been agreed and Zaha will join up with the United squad.
