Mario Balotelli believes he is nearing his best form after his late free-kick secured a 2-1 win over Parma in last nights Serie A clash at the San Siro.
Since his move from Man City to AC Milan last month, the 22 year old has found the net four times in just three matches, already scoring more goals for his new club than he managed in 20 appearances for City this season.
The controversial youngster told Sky Sport Italia “I am playing at a consistent level and nearing my best form,”
His manager Massimiliano Allegri praised his new star striker by adding “Balotelli scored a great free kick. Balotelli this evening suffered many fouls, but his reaction was good. I think the club have made a very good buy with Mario, at a decisive moment in the championship.”
The win moves the Rossoneri up to fourth in the league, overtaking city rivals Inter who play Fiorentina away on Sunday.
