Following their 3-0 demolition of neighbours and current holders Manchester United, Boylesports has cut Manchester City into 5/6 from 6/4 to regain the Premier League trophy.
Chelsea, who lie top of the table and are three points clear of Manchester City, are 23/10 to win the league whilst Liverpool, who have a chance to go back in second place if they can record a victory over Sunderland, are priced at 7/2 to win the trophy.
Arsenal’s Premier League hopes were shattered following a 2-2 draw with Swansea on Tuesday night and this has seen the Gunners drift out to 150/1 from 40/1. Swansea, who lie in 15th position, currently look safe to avoid relegation but with only five points separating them from the drop zone, anything could happen. The Swans are priced at 10/1 to be relegated this season.
Sunderland, who will be hoping to get a result against Liverpool, currently lie in the relegation zone and are 10/11 to be relegated whilst both Cardiff’s (2/7) and Fulham’s (1/4) odds suggest that they will be making the drop.
Crystal Palace may not be safe just yet and are 6/5 to be relegated whilst West Brom, who lie in sixteenth place on 28 points, are 3/1 to be relegated.
Liam Glynn, PR Executive at Boylesports said “With two games in hand, Manchester City look to have the advantage in the Premier League so our traders have cut Pellegrini’s squad into 5/6 from 6/4 to win the Premier League as punters continue to support the Citizens.”
He added “Liverpool will need to get a result against Sunderland to keep their title hopes alive and they currently continue to attract support at 7/2 having been as big as 25/1 prior to the season commencing.”
