The 21-year-ol former Charlton player was an ever present in the side for a number of weeks when the new boss first took over, but has since been dropped. His early season form saw him earn a first cap for Roy Hodgson’s England side, and he is keen to secure a move in order to advance his international prospects.

I don’t think Shelvey has to leave the team. Mr. Rodgers just need to give the young lad a opportunity..
