Norwich City face a tough trip to the Britannia Stadium on Saturday to take on Tony Pulis’ Stoke City; kick-off is at 3pm.
Stoke ended an abysmal five game run without a win, which included four consecutive defeats, with a 2-0 win over Swansea last weekend.
Tony Pulis will be able to recall German defender Robert Huth to the matchday squad after the centre back served a three match suspension following a red card against Sunderland at the beginning of February.
Mamady Sidibe is still out for Stoke while Pulis will make a late fitness call on Republic of Ireland international Glenn Whelan, who left the field early during Ireland’s 1-1 draw with the Czech Republic on Wednesday.
Former Leeds captain Jonny Howson has recovered from a knee injury and could feature at the Britannia while fellow January arrival Ryan Bennet returns from a loan spell at Peterborough.
James Vaughan is unlikely to play due to a hamstring injury following his recovery from knee surgery while Marc Tierney is also sidelined with a knee injury; Daniel Ayala took part in training this week but it is still unclear if Paul Lambert will rush the former Liverpool player back into Premier League action after the defender attempts to recover from a hamstring injury.
