QPR are making a late move to sign Fulham striker Bobby Zamora.

Mark Hughes worked with Zamora last year in his sole season as Fulham manager, while the striker reportedly has a strained relationship with Martin Jol.

Talks are ongoing between the clubs, while Fulham are planning to replace Zamora with Pavel Pogrebnyak.

Zamora has started 15 matches for Fulham this season, scoring five goals and accumulating seven assists.
