French Ligue 1 side Marseille are reportedly lining up a move for Blackburn Rovers star Junior Hoilett.
According to reports in the Sunday Express, Marseille are in pole position to sign the Canadian starlet once he becomes a free agent in June.
Rovers are currently embroiled in a relegation battle however even if they survive it is unlikely they will be able to hold onto the 7 goal winger.
The 20 year old came through the ranks at Ewood Park, spending time on loan with German sides Paderborn 07 and St Pauli before returning to the Premier League in 2009, since then he has become a prominent member of the first team.
Hoilett is ranked as one of the hottest properties in English football and despite being a free agent Blackburn would be entitled to some compensation as he is under the age of 23.
Liverpool and Arsenal are both believed to be interested in the player however the reports also claim that a pre contract agreement is in place with the French side.
