Dublin hurler, Conor McCormack will miss the remainder of his county’s Allianz National Hurling League campaign, after breaking his hand in the Blues defeat to Galway last Sunday.

McCormack had played very well in the opening half and contributed some excellent scores from play, as Anthony Daly’s side were well on top. However, he had to be taken off after sustaining the injury and it has been confirmed that he will play no further part in the side’s league campaign.

The Ballyboden St Enda’s man will return for the championship but now joins a long list of injured players that Anthony Daly must plan without, as his side face up to Kilkenny in Croke Park on Saturday night..
