Preview:

First takes on sixth when Munster makes the trip to Wales to face the Scarlets. The Scarlets have a poor recent record against Munster with the men in red winning the last ten encounters with the Scarlets last win coming in a 25-12 here in 2007.

Tony Gahan has named a side that includes a mix of experience and youth with Paul Warwick lining up at Full back, Mick O’Driscoll in the forwards, Peter Stringer, now Munster’s most capped player, at scrum half joined by  the emerging talents of Simon Zebo, Declan Cusack, Mick Sherry and Stephen Archer.

Alan Quinlan, who this week announced his retirement from the game, is the bench.

The Scarlets include teen sensation George North in their line but will be missing the influential Jonathan Davies and Deacon Manu
