Kerry star, Paul Galvin could miss his side’s Munster Senior Football Championship quarter-final against Tipperary.
The Finuge clubman picked up a hamstring injury against Down in the league and he has not yet fully recovered. He hasn’t trained with the kingdom since that game and is now considered a doubtful starter for the game.
Manager Jack O’Connor told The Examiner: ‘I’m not sure, to be honest. I can’t give a definitive answer other than to say he hasn’t returned to training since the Down game. He has issues with it (the injury)”.
Tommy Griffin is Kerry’s other main injury worry. The Dingle man suffered a tendon injury playing for his club back in January and it has taken time to heal.
O’Connor added: “Apart from Galvin, we came out of the weekend away fine. Tommy Griffin is still struggling. He hasn’t done anything major as of yet
