Dublin’s Philly McMahon will miss the rest of the Leinster Senior Football Championship after suffering medial ligament damage in last Sunday week’s victory over Laois.

The corner back will miss at least six weeks of the season, meaning both Sunday week’s provincial semi-final against Kildare and the Leinster final next month should they progress.

Ross O’Carroll and Paul Griffin are still unavailable, so Paul Brogan and Paul Conlon are expected to come into contention for starting places in the full back line next weekend.
