Star Derry forward Eoin Bradley has sustained a cruciate knee injury in training and will miss the Ulster GAA Football final against Donegal on Sunday.

The Glenullin forward suffered the injury during a training match on Sunday evening, just one week before the Oak Leafers play their first provincial final in 11 years.

John Brennan’s side ended a run of seven consecutive defeats in Ulster semi-final appearances when Eoin Bradley turned in a match-winning performance against Armagh last time out.
The in-form forward is now certain to be out of action for the remainder of the season.

Sportsnewsireland.com will have live score updates on all GAA Championship matches over the summer.
