Scotland beat Ireland in ODI

Despite scoring their third ever largest one day international total Ireland have slumped to defeat against their biggest rivals in associate nation cricket, Scotland.

Everything was going according to the form book when Paul Stirling hit his third century in four ODI’s to leave Scotland chasing 321.

Kyle Coetzer, Fraser Watts and Richie Berrington were the heroes for Scotland, with Coetzer and Watts hitting an opening stand of 129 while Barrington put on a fantastic display of batting as hit 50 off just 20 balls leaving Josh Davey to seal the shock win with a boundary as Scotland reached 323 for five with nine balls to spare will have live score updates on all GAA Championship matches over the summer.
