Limerick and Wexford could both be without key men for this Saturday’s All-Ireland SFC fourth round qualifier clash in Portlaoise

Wexford manager Jason Ryan is sweating on the fitness of dual star David Murphy with his Limerick counterpart is hoping that Tommy Stack and Jim Donavan will play some part in the tie.

Centre back Murphy is a major doubt for Wexford after he injured his back playing for his club St Mary’s in an Intermediate Hurling Championship match last week.

Murphy has been forced to sit out training with the Wexford footballers’ as he continues to receive treatment for the injury.

Limerick meanwhile may be able to call on Donovan at some point in the game with the player making good recovery on the back problem that forced him out of the victory over Waterford.

However corner back Stack is a major doubt after he limped off with a hamstring injury during the first half of the game.
