Hull City have signed Irish Under-21 winger Robbie Brady on loan from Manchester United.
Brady(19) from Dublin will play for the side until the end of the current year, and a decision will then be made on his future. He can play on the wing or as a striker and was a major factor in United’s 2009 Milk Cup winning side, scoring five goals in the youth tournament.
He also helped United’ second string side win the Barclays Premier Reserve League North title last season.
Brady is highly rated at Old Trafford and is being loaned out in order to gain more first team experience. Hull are seen as the perfect side to speed his progression as they are one of the better teams in the championship.
The player did not travel with the Irish Under 19 squad to the European Championships in Romania that start on Wednesday but he is highly regarded by management and it is only a matter of time before he features on the senior squad.
