Wexford boss Jason Ryan has included David Murphy at centre-back for the crucial All-Ireland SFC fourth round qualifier against Limerick on Saturday at O’Moore Park.
Murphy had emerged as a doubt earlier this week after he injured his back playing a game for his local club St Mary’s. However the player has now been passed fit to take his place against the treaty county.
Ryan also has sprung made a change to his forward line by drafting in PJ Baville for a first start for the crucial All-Ireland SFC fourth round qualifier against Limerick on Saturday.
Banville has appeared as a substitute in Wexford’s last two matches but comes into the starting line up in place of right half-forward Shane Roche, who drops to the bench.
The change means Eric Bradley will move up to full-forward, with talisman Ciarán Lyng named on ‘the 40′ and Ben Brosnan occupying the other wing.
Wexford team: A Masterson; J Wadding, G Molloy, B Malone; A Flynn, D Murphy, A Doyle; D Waters, R Quinlivan; PJ Banville, C Lyng, B Brosnan; C Morris, E Bradley, R Barry.
