Arsenal could be set for another transfer blow after reports have claimed Chelsea are lining up a bid for star winger Theo Walcott.

The Gunners have already lost captain Cesc Fabregas to Barcelona and are expecting to lose fellow midfielder Samir Nasri to Manchester City for £22m.

And, according to fanatix.com, Walcott could be the next player to exit the Emirates with Chelsea ready to make a move for the 22-year-old.

New Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has said he is not planning any major signing just yet but he is reportedly eager to add to his squad with more width and pace on the flanks.

Walcott would be a very attractive option for the Blues and could be tempted to leave the north London club as he sees a number of Arsenal’s star players leave the side.
