Arsenal are already planning on spending some of the £35m from the sale of Cesc Fabregas to Barcelona, with Radio Television Belge reporting the Gunners are interested in Eden Hazard.
The 20-year-old midfield playmaker has long been a target for Arsene Wenger and he is now ready to pay £25m for him. RTBF claim that talks have already begun, with the Gunners eager to strike a deal within the next week.
Meanwhile Emmanuel Eboue from the Ivory Coast is on his way out of the Emirates after the Gunners agreed a deal with Galatasaray. The defender spent six years at Arsenal and will now move to Turkey in a £3m deal.
