Aidan O’Brien is holding fire on who will get the leg up on So You Think in Sunday’s Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp.

This season So You Think has been partnered by Ryan Moore and Seamie Heffernan, who has ridden the horse in his last two victories in the Coral Eclipse and the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown.

O’Brien, who could also saddle St Nicholas Abbey and Seville in the Group 1 race, said at the weekend “”There’s a week to go and we’ll take it day by day.

“Usually what happens is that they do their last piece of work during the week and then they have their tests – their bloods and scopes, that sort of thing. It’s one step at a time.”

So You Think is a general 5/1 chance behind local horse Sarafina for the traditional season ending spectacular at Longchamp.
