Aidan O’Brien has only one declaration for Sunday’s Group 1 Criterium International at Saint-Cloud.

The Tipperary trainer will rely on Racing Post Trophy fourth Learn as he bids for a hat-trick in the event.

O’Brien won the race with Jan Vermeer and Roderic O’Connor in the last two years. He had also entered Nephrite this weekend but that horse now runs in the Group 3 JRA Killavullan Stakes at Leopardstown.

Learn will be ridden by Colm O’Donoghue, and will face the Andrew Balding-trained Bonfire, and Gay Kelleway’s Swing Alone. The remainder of the eleven strong field is made up of home based runners.
