Russian side Anzhi Makhachkala are chasing Manchester United defender Nemanja Vidic and look like making a bid at the end of the season.
The club have spent big money in the transfer market since being taken over by billionaire Suleyman Kerimov and Insidefutbol.com report they are ready to make Vidic their next big-name signing.
The 30-year-old centre-half would cost in the region of €25m should the Red Devils allow him to leave the club.
Chris Smalling and Jonny Evans have done well in recent times and new signing Phil Jones is another option in defence. So if the money was right, United may be prepared to sell Vidic
