Full time: Munster scored three second half tries to secure a bonus point win over Treviso at a half empty Thomond Park. Despite dominating possession, Munster laboured to a 10-6 half time lead against a spirited Treviso side.

However once Keith Earls crossed with a fine try four minutes after the restart the home crowd finally relaxed. It was a short lived affair though as four minutes later Monoa Vosawai went over for an uncoverted try to bring Treviso to within six. That was as close as the Italians came as first James Coughlan went over, minutes after Conor Murray had a try ruled out by the TMO and then Simon Zebo sealed the bonus point win with three minutes left. Job done. Next up Castre in the Heineken Cup where Munster will need to be better.
