This follows the departure of Rangers Chief Executive yesterday. Owner Craig Whyte (who bought the club for £1stg from David Murray in May 2011) has, after considerable pressure, promised to sell the club when the club comes out of administration. That is, of course, if the club still exists after it comes out of administration.

Both will remain with the Scottish champions until the end of the month at the request of the administrators.

Decisions regarding staffing in all other departments will not be taken until next week.
