Chelsea captain John Terry is set to miss his sides massive Premier League game with Manchester City on Wednesday night with a calf problem.
Terry, who played a 100 minutes against Napoli last week, has been unable to train fully and current Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo said “”It is still a bit early for him. He did very well to come back in such a short period of time. He played two intense games and it is obviously a reaction to that, it was cramp in the calf.”
Di Matteo also believes that if Chelsea are to beat Manchester City then they will have to contain the awesome attacking threat that City possess.
“I think it is going to be a game where we have to try to prevent Manchester City from expressing themselves,” he said. “They have so many good players everywhere. We need to have good organisation.”
