The midfielder was set to be the midfield anchor man for Michal Bilek’s world ranked 29th side, but Rosicky was injured in his club’s remarkable Premier League win over Tottenham on Sunday and has been replaced by Slovan Liberec midfielder Jiri Stanjer.

Earlier, the Czechs replaced defender Roman Hubnik with Viktoria Plzen man David Limbersky. Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Čech and Galatassary’s 2005 UEFA Champions League winning striker (with Liverpool) Milan Baroš are set to start tomorrow night at the AVIVA Stadium.
