Manchester United has received a timely boost ahead of this weekend clash with rivals Liverpool with the news that both Tom Cleverley and Nemanja Vidic will be fit for the Anfield clash.
The pair had both been struggling with injuries prior to this week, but their progress has given Sir Alex Ferguson a nice selection headache ahead of the big clash at Anfield.
Captain Vidic, has not featured since the opening day win over West Bromwich Albion, but he played the for Serbia in the midweek Euro 2012 qualifier against Slovenia, missing a second half penalty as his county went down 1-0 to miss out on a playoff spot.
Meanwhile Cleverley, who injured ligaments in his foot during the 5-0 win over Bolton, has made a quicker than expected recovery and could make the bench for the clash.
The 22-year-old had made an impressive start to the season for United form since returning from his loan spell at Wigan Athletic
