GAA : Munster Football & Hurling fixtures 2011

All Ireland senior football champions, Cork open the defence of their title when they meet challengers Clare at Pairc UiChaoimh on 22 May whilst on same day at Fitzgerald Stadium in Killarney, reigning Munster champions Kerry face Tipperary.

Waterford await the winners of Cork/Clare whilst Kerry or Tipperary’s next opponents are Limerick, ; semi finals scheduled for the weekend of 4th/5th June.

In hurling, the ‘mouth watering’ opening fixture sees All Ireland champions, Tipperary pitted against great rivals Cork, a match scheduled for Semple Stadium in Thurles on 29th May. Winners meet Clare on 19th June whilst in the other half of the draw Waterford meet Limerick in their semi final clash on June 12th at a venue still to be finalised.

Munster hurling final day is : 10 July with the Football final 7 days earlier on 3 July.
