Missunited looks set to attempt five wins in a row as she is among the thirty-four entries announced for Sunday’s Irish Cesarewitch at The Curragh.

The five-year old filly has impressed in her last four outings winning competitive affairs at Listowel, Galway, Clonmel and Ballinrobe.

Missunited is trained in Kantuck, County Cork by Michael Winters and he hopes that Sunday’s race will see his first winner at The Curragh.

“We gave her a break after her win at Listowel and she has come back stronger and is spot on for the race this Sunday,” said Winters. “She has plenty of stamina so the soft ground should not inconvenience her.”

The Irish Cesarewitch is one of the most competitive races on the Irish flat calendar and with entries including Seventh Sign, Hidden Universe and MacBeth this year’s contest looks no different.

Sponsors Hackett’s Bookmakers have installed her as 4/1 clear favourite.
