Italian Serie A is famous for great clubs that are respected all over the world. However, Juventus stands out especially from the rest, because the team leads with a large gap in the championships won. All scores soccer can be found on the verified statistical portal. There are not only live matches available here, but also information about completed games.

Juventus was founded in 1897 by common students. They wanted to establish a club that would compete with the much-vaunted English teams. The first title did not have to wait long, and already 8 years after the foundation, the Old Signora became the winner of the Serie A title. Then, almost every year, Juventus won at least some trophy, and step by step a great team was born.

The Old Signora has plenty of achievements, but the main ones should be mentioned here:

  • Champion of Italy — 36 times;
  • Italian Cup winner — 14;
  • Italian Super Cup winner — 9.

Juventus also won the UEFA Cup three times and only managed to win the Champions League twice. Since 1923, Turin has been under the ownership of the Agnelli family. The club is always considered one of the favorites in any tournament. That is why the scores of this soccer club should be followed on the excellent statistical portal. The information is available for free and can be viewed from any device.

The best Juventus coaches in history

Giovanni Trapattoni is considered one of the best Juventus coaches. It is very interesting that even as a football player, he spent more time at Milan. However, it was by training the Old Signora that he achieved unprecedented success. The last place in the coaching career was the Irish national team, and now Trapattoni is no longer working. Watch Serie A fixtures on the reliable statistical portal so as not to miss important information about your favorite club.

Also, among the most successful coaches, the following should be mentioned:

  • Massimiliano Allegri;
  • Marcello Lippi;
  • Antonio Conte.

These coaches have written their names into the history of the club, winning numerous trophies. Massimiliano Allegri can now significantly improve his achievements. It is worth following Serie A and fixtures on the reliable portal so as not to miss important moments and be aware of up-to-date information about your favorite teams. Juventus is almost always in the status of the favorite, but the cherished Champions League has not been submitted to Torino for a long time. It is this tournament that is considered one of the most important for the Old Signora. The Agnelli family regularly strengthens the squad, but in the result, they achieve little success in the best European Cup in the world.

Chelsea centre-back Fikayo Tomori’s permanent move to AC Milan is on the verge of completion according to reports.

After months of speculation, Milan will activate their option to make Tomori’s move permanent.

As part of the deal, Milan will now pay up to £30 million, with a subsequent £5 million in add-ons based on performances in the contract.

Tomori, who struggled for game time under former Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has been on loan at Milan since January.

Since his arrival, he was influential in helping the Rossoneri gain qualification for the Champions League since 2013.

The 23-year-old has been a mainstay in the Milan defence, making 22 appearances in total.

Milan has also been in talks with Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud, who recently signed a one-year extension with the London club.

Winger Hakim Ziyech has also been linked with a move away from the blues, with Milan interested.

Chelsea will look to offload more players this summer, with defenders Emerson Palmeri out of favour.

Gennaro Gattuso parts ways with Fiorentina after three weeks in charge due to differences with the board

The former AC Milan and Napoli manager were appointed by the Florence club on 25th May.

The club wanted to improve on their 13th place finish in Serie A last season and they believed Gattuso would make the difference.

Gattuso has left the club because of a disagreement between the head coach and the club’s board over transfer targets. The board was looking for more affordable options for the players that his agent, Jorge Mendes, asked for.

Reports had been made saying that the 46-year-old manager was looking for Valencia’s Goncalo Guedes and Porto midfielder, Sergio Oliviera.

Fiorentina wrote a statement on their club website:

“ACF Fiorentina and coach Rino Gattuso, by mutual agreement, decided not to follow up on the preventive agreements and therefore not to start the next football season together.

“The club is now working to identify a technical choice that will guide the Viola towards the results that Fiorentina and the city of Florence deserve.”

Former Leicester manager, Claudio Ranieri is one of the front runners as the new replacement for a manager.

This rounds off a poor summer for the Italian who Napoli fired for failing to qualify for the Champions League.

Gattuso now joins the list for shortest managerial spells in football. His 23-day appointment still seems reasonable compared to Marco Bielsa’s two-day job at Lazio for similar transfer disagreements.

A deal for the 15-year-old is expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Inter Milan have been hot on the trails of Kevin Zefi for months and it appears they’ve finally landed their man.

Zefi is one of the most highly touted prospects in Irish football and was reportedly involved in a tug-of-war between Inter, PSV Eindhoven and Juventus in recent months. It now appears that Inter have come out on top with the move set to be announced shortly.

Compensation for the move has not been revealed yet, but given Zefi is just 15 yet, it’s not likely to be much.

Zefi is of Albanian parentage but grew up in Ireland and has represented Ireland at youth level.

In fact, his performance against the likes of England for Ireland u15s significantly enhanced his reputation from a relative unknown to a superstar in the making.

One of his biggest achievements to date was becoming the youngest ever goalscorer in the League of Ireland as he netted for Shamrock Rovers II against Longford on the 4th September 2020. He was just 15 years and 216 days old at the time goal.

It will be intriguing to see how Zefi’s career unfolds in the coming years.

The Swede scored twice in a win against Napoli yesterday.

Despite his ripe age – in footballing terms – Zlatan Ibrahimović is showing no sign of slowing down. The legendary striker has scored 10 league goals in just 6 games this season, propelling his side to the top of the Serie A.

Once one of Europe’s elite clubs, AC Milan’s fear factor has dwindled in recent years after a barren spell of domestic mediocrity. In fact, the Rossoneri have not won a league title since the 2010-11 season. A season where Zlatan played his part as he scored 14 league goals whilst on loan from FC Barcelona.

10 years on and Zlatan is back at the helm, having joined on a free transfer in December 2019. Initially the striker joined on a six-month contract. After some impressive displays, though, his contract was extended until the summer of 2021.

After years of domestic failure, can AC Milan finally finish as champions?

Ibrahimović’s goalscoring form has helped reinvigorate AC Milan this season, thus far. His performances in October helped him secure Serie A player of the month. He continued that form into November with equally impressive displays. He scored a brace yesterday as Milan overcame a strong Napoli side to top the league. Unfortunately, though, the striker was forced off towards the end of the game with an apparent hamstring injury. The severity of the injury is yet to be confirmed. However, Initial reports suggest the talismanic figure may miss weeks of action.

Milan will be forced to rely on their other striking options in the absence of Ibrahimović. His return will be a welcome one, but Milan will hope his absence can be filled appropriately.

Despite the season only being in it’s early stages, some have tipped Milan for the league title. The performances of Zlatan have no doubt been helped by his teammates. A number of other Milan players have also been ever-present this season. Ismaël Bennacer, Theo Hernández and Sandro Tonali are just some of the many examples of talent within the current AC Milan camp.

Ibrahimović, of course, has a wealth of title winning experience under his belt, particularly in the Serie A. He has an impressive collection of Serie A titles while playing for AC Milan, Inter Milan and Juventus*.

* indicates revocation of titles due to match fixing.

In total, the striker has won 10 league titles over his career in 6 different countries. He’ll be hoping to add that collection this season by helping Milan to a title that has been so evasive over the years.

The search for European football’s ultimate prize

In his illustrious career, Zlatan has won trophies that the average footballer can only dream of. One trophy that has evaded him, however, is the UEFA Champions League. Unfortunately, there is no chance of the striker claiming that trophy this season with Milan competing in the Europa League.

Saying that, this AC Milan team is clearly a team with lofty ambitions. The addition of their summer signings along with their previous roster makes up one of the strongest Milan sides in recent years. They’re well on the way to a top 4 finish so far, which would mean a Champions League spot. Although it would be an enormous challenge, with good recruitment and guidance the Italian giants may have an outside chance of winning the competition next season.

Obviously, for him to even have a chance of winning the Champions League with Milan, Ibrahimović would have to extend his contract with the club. If he can maintain his form and avoid further injuries, a renewal would almost be certain, barring retirement. Despite his age, a retirement would be unlikely, though. The Swedish striker only recently considered an international return, a request which was turned down by Sweden manager Janne Andersson.

Time will tell what happens in the coming years. One thing that is certain, though, is Ibrahimović’s status as one of the greatest to play the game.

Premier League Transfers
Busy Deadline Day for Manchester United

All eyes were on the red side of Manchester on Monday evening following a shambolic defeat at the hands of Spurs. After being linked with Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho all summer, Manchester United had to resort to plan B after Dortmund refused to budge on their asking price. Instead they opted for Uruguayan veteran striker Edinson Cavani on a one year deal. A terrific goal-scorer who may prove to be to a shrewd bit of business, but is he really what Man United need?

Even Jose Mourinho’s Spurs side managed to find the net six times on the weekend. And attacking flair is not something typically associated with a Mourinho side. Their defence looked out of place, a dreadful performance summed up by Spurs’ first goal of the game which saw Harry Maguire drag back his own player resulting in a concession. Porto left-back Alex Telles also signed on the dotted line at Old Trafford, adding some well-needed pace to the backline.

Partey Time at Arsenal

Meanwhile in London, Mikel Arteta finally got his man. Arsenal left it late, reluctant to pay Thomas Partey’s £45m release clause but finally gave in on deadline day. The Ghanaian has been playing in the Spanish capital for Atletico since 2015 and brings with him a prestigious reputation. A tough tackling defensive midfielder who may prove to be a pivotal signing for the Gunners by adding an extra layer of protection to a newly restructured Arsenal defence. Lucas Torreira moved in the opposite direction, joining Atletico.

Rest of the League Round-Up

Gareth Bale wasn’t alone in making a sentimental return to an old club in this window. Bale’s boyhood team Southampton signed Theo Walcott on a season-long loan deal from Everton. Walcott returns to Southampton after 14 years away from the club.

Leeds United rounded off their busy transfer window with the signing of Brazilian winger Raphinha on a four year deal from French side Rennes. An exciting signing for Leeds, with no shortage of attacking players for Marcelo Bielsa now to choose from.

Top of the table Everton further bolstered their squad with the acquisition of promising centre-back Ben Godfrey from Norwich City. On the back of some poor performances from goalkeeper Jordan Pickford, Ancelotti decided to bring in Roma keeper Robin Olsen on loan to increase the competition for the number one spot at Goodison Park.

The pressure was on Fulham at the other end of the table after a dreadful start to the new season. The addition of defenders Tosin Adarabioyo and Joachim Andersen from Manchester City and Lyon will please fans. Chelsea’s Ruben Loftus-Cheek also made the short trip to Fulham on a loan deal.

European Transfers

Manchester United’s Chris Smalling returned to Italy, signing permanently at Roma for a reported fee of £18m. Justin Kluivert, son of Patrick Kluivert, was amongst the outgoings at Roma, joining RB Leipzig on a season-loan. Elsewhere in Italy, Napoli agreed a loan deal with Chelsea for midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko.

German sides Hertha Berlin and Hoffenheim raided the Premier League with the signings of Matteo Guendouzi and Ryan Sessegnon. European champions Bayern Munich strengthened their attack with the double signing of Douglas Costa and Choupo-Moting. While in France, PSG struck a deal with Barcelona for midfielder Rafinha on a three year deal.

Finally, Irish international Josh Cullen packed his bags and headed for Belgium, joining Vincent Kompany’s Anderlecht side.
