Tania Rosser has named the final squad for the 2023 Vodafone Women’s Interprovincial Championship. Rosser also announced this year’s co-captains as Hannah O’Connor and Christy Haney.
Leinster Rugby women’s side begin the 2023 Interpros this Saturday, 7 January 2023 where they will take on Connacht, in Energia Park.
Tickets can be purchased here, and are priced at €10 for adults and €5 for junior tickets. Leinster Rugby season ticket holders will have free entry to the game as part of their season ticket Blue Benefits.
“I’m looking forward to seeing the players compete at the next level, following their performances in the Energia WAIL competition”, Rosser said at the squad announcement. “It’s fantastic to see so many young players emerge from our province, which is filled with a wealth of potential.”
“We have selected an exciting combination of experienced and youthful talent. Our challenge is to build a cohesive group that genuinely compete for selection, we see the interprovincial series as a crucial step towards the players earning an opportunity to pull on an Irish jersey.”
