The presence of some new courses in this list is a result of the interest shown in the area. There really is something for everyone in the world of sports-related courses. For example, those who want to focus on the physical aspects of sport and performance can do so. Sports science, physiotherapy, and strength and conditioning courses are plentiful.
Contrastingly, those who prefer the management and theory-based elements of sport are not stuck for choice. Courses such as Athlone IT’s Sport Management concentrate on the business side end of sport.
Furthermore, there are many Level 7 courses out there. Technological University Dublin, Dundalk IT, and Waterford IT all have sports-related courses on their prospectus.
Ahead of Friday’s college offers, future students hoping to study sports-related courses have reason to be excited. There are now so many varieties of the sporting industry. Thankfully, colleges are adapting to this.
